What's the quality?
The label is snipped a little bit and there may or may not be a hang tag. Otherwise, the quality of the garment is the same as in store - very good. Who cares if it doesn't have a tag or has a snipped label, the fact that you're wearing a garment ahead of season is way more important.

What is a sample?
A sample is one of the first made garments of a particular design before they are put into mass production. The samples are used in showrooms and in fashion trade shows for buyers to look at when they are making purchases for their stores 1 or 2 seasons ahead. When Forever 21 is done with them...you get to buy them!
